Limits on Message Sending

At Wasapy.com, we aim to provide a smooth and effective messaging service, but it's important to understand the limits imposed by WhatsApp and our platform. Our goal is to help you navigate these limitations safely, ensuring that your business numbers maintain a good standing.

WhatsApp's Message Limits

WhatsApp typically limits new business numbers to sending up to 250 messages per day. As your number develops a positive track record and gains trust, this limit can increase to 1,000 messages per day. This progression is dependent on the health of your number and how your messages are received by the recipients.

Wasapy's Default Limitations

To ensure compliance with WhatsApp's initial limitations and to help protect your number from being blocked, Wasapy.com sets a default limit of 250 messages per day for each new integration. This default limit is designed to mirror WhatsApp's own restrictions, providing a safeguard for your account.

However, we understand that each business has unique needs, so we provide you with the flexibility to adjust this daily limit. Please note that if you choose to increase your limit, you assume full responsibility for the health of your WhatsApp number. If a number is blocked by WhatsApp due to excessive messaging, Wasapy.com is not liable.

Message Queuing System

Our platform is designed with a built-in queuing system to handle cases where users exceed their daily messaging limit. If the default limit of 250 messages per day has not been adjusted, and you send more messages than allowed, Wasapy.com will automatically queue the remaining messages.

For example, if you send 1,500 messages in a day, we will deliver the first 250 messages on the first day, and then queue the remaining messages for the following days. The messages will continue to be sent at a rate of 250 messages per day until all messages have been delivered. This helps ensure compliance with WhatsApp's limitations while protecting your number from potential risks.

Risks of Number Blocking

While our queuing system helps manage message volumes, it’s important to remember that other factors can influence whether a number gets blocked by WhatsApp. These factors may include complaints or reports from recipients, the nature of your messaging content, and other usage patterns.

At Wasapy.com, we strive to create a secure environment for messaging. However, due to the factors outside of our control, we cannot take responsibility if your WhatsApp number is blocked. We encourage all users to respect WhatsApp's guidelines and use the platform responsibly.

If you have any questions about the limits or how to optimize your messaging strategy, please feel free to contact us.
